Sometimes I get up early for a run, that would be to take pictures. Many of my friends got up early to actually run. So I made the effort to get up and take some shots and cheer them on. I know they were in the crowd somewhere but I did not see anyone I knew. The rain coated my lens and created an interesting effect so all was not lost.
